The fourth wave of Corona in Pakistan has already entered its sixth week, according to participants at a meeting of the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) in Karachi, and the number of Corona cases in the country has decreased.
Under the auspices of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, a joint meeting of the National Command and Operations Center was convened at the Chief Minister’s House.
During the conference, the participants were informed about the present state of Corona in the country, with Sindh accounting for 13% of instances and cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab moving slowly.
During the briefing, it was said that Karachi had 21% instances, a drop of 3%, with 67 percent cases from all across the country arriving in Karachi from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Hyderabad. The number of patients in critical condition is 1210, the highest in the country. In Karachi, the death rate has also risen.
From July 31 to August 8, the Sindh government has taken stringent efforts to regulate Corona, according to the Sindh Chief Minister.
