Islamabad (13th Feb, 2020): Gallup International reveals the most popular Muslim leader across the globe in its annual popularity index report.
According to reports, Gallup International has just released its annual report of popularity index for world leaders. As per their latest reports Merkel [German Prime Minister], Macron [French President], Putin [Russian President], Trump [President of United States], Erdogan [Turkish President], and Johnson [Britain’s Prime Minister] make up the top six emerging global leaders.
- Merkel is at forty-six percent
- Macron is at forty percent
- Putin is at thirty-six percent
- Trump comes at thirty-one percent
While, Turkish President Erdogan comes at thirty percent. He reportedly shares the spot with Britain’s Boris Johnson who is also at thirty percent. However, in the Muslim world, President Recep Tayyib Erdogan is undoubtedly the most popular as he leaves behind the Saudi leader [King Salman of Saudi Arabia is at 25%] by five percent and the Iranian President Rouhani [who scores at 21%] by nearly nine percent.
According to the latest stats, the Turkish President is the most popular Muslim leader for the year 2020.
