GB Elections: Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman rejects the election results

Gilgit, 16th November: Maulana Fazlur Rehman has come in the field making a big announcement.

According to the report of Baaghi TV, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) has rejected the results of Gilgit-Baltistan elections.

JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the elections of 2018 were repeated once again in Gilgit-Baltistan. Incompetent rulers will not be allowed to digest the result of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman further said that after Pakistan, PTI will not be allowed to rule in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman has decided to raise Gilgit-Baltistan in the PDM meeting and said that the PDM will decide on a consensus strategy in the next meeting.

Gilgit-Baltistan’s preliminary results are out and the vote has been stamped on the Bat (PTI). Bilawal Zardari and Maryam Nawaz could not get the desired votes. 

According to unconfirmed unofficial results of 23 seats, the independent candidate won 7 seats and the PPP won 4 seats. PML-N won 2 seats, PTI’s ally MWM won one seat.
