Government should call Islamic Summit Conference on Kashmir Issue: Ahsan Iqbal

NAROWAL, AUGUST 03 (Online Int’l): PML-N central leader Ahsan Iqbal has said Srinagar cannot be reached by making it a social media trend and the government should take practical steps in this regard.
Talking to media men here he said the government should call an Islamic Summit Conference (ISC) forthwith besides raising Kashmir issue in the UN Security Council again. One year has elapsed since India had occupied Kashmir illegally, he said adding it is our demand that the fundamental rights of Kashmiris be restored therein.
He alleged that the Pakistan government helped India in being elected unopposed as a member of the Security Council. Had the government been active for the rights of Occupied Kashmir at the magnitude government is active for the sake of rights of Kulbhushan, it would have been liberated so far.
He held that the government promulgated a special ordinance for Kulbhushan. Why did the government feel this need?
