According to the NCOC, the graph of corona virus cases in Pakistan has been steadily declining, but the threat of corona has not yet receded. The first case of corona in Pakistan was registered on February 26 and one thousand deaths occurred by May 21. The health ministry says the pace of cases has slowed, but caution is still needed.

The effects of the corona virus are rapidly declining in Pakistan, with only 6,000 cases reported in the first ten days of August, the lowest in the past.

On the other hand, Punjab Provincial Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid said that thanks to God Almighty, the number of corona virus cases has not increased after Eid-ul-Adha. The reason for the sharp decline in Corona virus cases is smart lockdown, smart sampling and excellent government policy. Cases are increasing in the world while the situation in Pakistan is under control. However, it is important to take precautions to avoid the second wave of corona virus.
