Los Angeles (E News!) — Taylor Swift’s ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’ receives zero nominations for 2026 Grammy Awards.
The November 7th live stream at the recording Academy revealed the full list of Grammy nominations. Previous winners including Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and Docheii collaborated with the academy to create buzz for the upcoming awards.
However, Taylor Swift did not make the list and fans were quick to comment!

Reports highlight that Swift’s Album came out on October 3rd 2025 making her fall out of the eligibility period which was between August 31st, 2024 till August 30th, 2025. Fans are told not to lose heart as Swift might performing/presenting.

The 35-year-old has won 14 Grammys including her Album of the Year Awards. Moreover, she attended the awards in 2025 with multiple nominations. However, she didn’t take any awards home.
Despite this Swift’s 12-track album was a huge success. “The Life of a Showgirl” broke the record for most albums sold in a week. Selling over 3.4 million units, it is the largest sales week in USA since 1991.
Oh, and its gets better! Swift also released “The Official Release Party of a Showgirl,” a corresponding movie that took 1st place at the North American box office. Hence, Swift had the No. 1 album and No. 1 movie on the same weekend.
