People’s Liberation Army (PLA) troops reportedly hunted down Indian forces in Galwan valley for a ‘savage execution spree’ on Monday evening, according to reports of Indian news outlet, News 18.
According to reports, a hand-to-hand fighting between the Chinese and Indian troops lasted for over approximately eight hours, across the Galwan river valley on Monday evening. It was reported by News 18 that the the PLA troops assaulted the Indian forces with ‘iron rods as well as batons wrapped in barbed wire’.
They reportedly hunted down the Indian army troops and slaughtered the 16 Bihar Regiment, as confirmed by a senior government official familiar with the debriefing of the survivors, according to reports of News 18. Experts had suggested that the conflict along the LAC is driven by China’s concerns that India’s development of ‘logistical infrastructure’ could lead to an occupation of contested territories.
It is pertinent to note that Baaghi TV had reported, tensions between China and India have continued in Ladakh, with China not only killing but also arresting Indian soldiers in the Galwan Valley who were released on 19th June, 2020. Reportedly, the Modi government is under intense pressure from the opposition and the people to avenge the deaths of their soldiers.
According to Baaghi TV, analysts say that the release of Indian troops by China could ease tensions. Meanwhile, tensions between China and India are at an all time high in Ladakh, with India acknowledging that twenty Indian soldiers have been killed, but unconfirmed reports say more that than forty Indian soldiers have been killed and more than a dozen are missing, some detained by the Chinese military, including a major.
Baaghi TV has learnt from reliable sources, our pigeons in India, that the Indian government is lying about the number of troops killed and/or arrested by the Chinese forces. With love from our pigeons across the border, we have learnt that the real story is far different from the one being highlighted in the Indian mainstream media including the narrative of the ruling Modi government.
