Lahore, 14th September: Pakistani actor Hamza Ali Abbasi has cancelled his subscription from the famous online streaming platform Netflix.

According to Baaghi TV, Hamza Ali Abbasi has got his subscription cancelled from the movie platform Netflix.

A few days back the actor announced on his Twitter account to cancel his Netflix subscription on account of an obscene program running on their channel.

He said that the show ‘Cuties’ on Netflix is sexualizing 11-year-old kids. He was horrified to see a show in the mainstream blatantly sexualising minor children.

Abbasi signed the petition ‘Cancel Cuties On Netflix’ and urged his fans and followers to do so.

It is reported that Netflix has finally cancelled his subscription. The message was shared by the actor on his Twitter account to ensure his fans that he stood by his claim.

He wrote, “Despite global condemnation, Netflix still went ahead & released CUTIES! Yup, now we have softcore Pedo Porn on a mainstream media platform. That’s a deal-breaker for me. Can’t do much but what I can do is cancel my Netflix subscription, maybe YOU SHOULD TOO! #cutiesnetflix.”

He strongly condemns the streaming of the program ‘Cuties’ on Netflix. The streaming channel confirmed that they have cancelled his subscription, which will be effective from Wednesday, 16th of September 2020.
