Happy Eid-ul-Adha, stay safe: Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman

According to a Baaghi TV report, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Li Jianzhao wished Eid-ul-Adha and said to be safe.

In a statement on the social networking site Twitter, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Li Jianzhao said, “Happy Eid to those celebrating Eid al-Adha, the second Eid to be celebrated during the Corona virus outbreak, be safe.”

Eid-ul-Adha is being celebrated with religious fervor across Pakistan.

On the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, small and large gatherings were held in the mosques in which a large number of people participated. People offered sacrifices following the Sunnah of Ibraham. Due to the corona virus, corona SOPs were observed in mosques and festivals.

The largest Eid prayer gathering in the federal capital Islamabad was held at the Faisal Mosque in which a large number of people offered special prayers for national security, stability and eradication of Corona. Eid prayers were offered at other places including Badshahi Mosque in Lahore. Prayers were offered for the prosperity of the country. A large number of people also offered Eid prayers in different areas of Faisalabad. Eid prayers were offered at Darbar Shah Rakn Alam in Multan
