Patron Supreme Pakistan Hindu Council Ramesh Kumar said that despite our strong demand, a transparent investigation into the Jodhpur incident could not be carried out, the Indian police is covering up the real facts by fabricating a suicide drama. On this occasion, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said, “The protection of minorities is our constitutional responsibility and one of our top priorities”.

The Foreign Minister said that Pakistan strongly protested to India over the inhumane incident at Jodhpur and demanded from India to involve Pakistan in the investigation of the matter. He said that Pakistan strongly condemned the killing of a Pakistani Hindu family in India. There is sorrow and concern. Shah Mehmood Qureshi told the Patron Supreme Pakistan Hindu Council that India has been urged to give us full details on the Jodhpur incident.

Member National Assembly Ramesh Kumar said that more than a month and a half has passed since the Jodhpur incident but we have not received justice. He said that the patience of the Pakistani Hindu community was running out over the Jodhpur incident and they would start protests and sit-ins from today to seek justice.
