LAHORE: Operations at the Lahore Airport have been affected due to fog. A weather warning has been issued to the airlines and Captains have been instructed to be careful during landing and taxiing.
According to Baaghi TV reports, flight PK 230 from Muscat has been canceled. Flights from Dammam, Sharjah, Dubai, Jeddah, and Karachi are facing delays.

Flight PA 471 from Jeddah has been canceled while flight ER 822 from Jeddah has been postponed. Additionally, flight EY 242 from Lahore to Abu Dhabi is delayed by thirteen hours. Kuwait-bound flight J9-502 has also been delayed for eight hours. On the other hand, flights from Lahore to Jeddah, Dammam, Dubai, and Doha could not take off due to the weather advisory.

As fog continues to disrupt operations in the country, the Department of Meteorology has forecasted that during the next 24 hours, the weather will be very cold in most of the cities of Punjab, including the provincial capital Lahore, while there is a possibility of smog and heavy fog in the morning and night hours in the plains. Visibility has reduced due to heavy fog across Punjab and motorways have been closed at various places.
