Lahore, (19th March, 7:30 pm): With the alarming increase in COVID-19 cases in the federal capital, more serious restrictions have been imposed.
Baaghi TV: According to reports, amid the rising positivity ratio of COVID-19, the Islamabad administration has announced more restrictions in Islamabad.
As per reports from Baaghi TV, 747 positive cases have been reported on Friday in Islamabad. It is the highest number of positive cases in a single day in Islamabad ever.
Islamabad Administration has started a crackdown on SOPs violations.
Office of Deputy Commissioner Islamabad tweeted the notification:
Increase in covid postivity has resulted in further restrictions. Outdoor dining to be closed at 10 pm. Weekends will be off for any activity. Take aways are allowed 24 hours pic.twitter.com/GtrvdFxvNU

According to a notification issued by the Islamabad administration, the out-door dining facility in Islamabad will remain shut after 10:00 pm.
The hotels and restaurants will be allowed to offer takeaway services only owing to the rise in positivity cases.
The statement also read that the markets and restaurants will remain shut on Saturday and Sunday, however, the grocery and medical stores will remain open during the restriction period.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Hamza Shafqat shared a message on his Twitter account:

He tweeted, “Today we had 747 positive cases in Islamabad. It is the highest number of covid positive cases in a single day in Islamabad ever. Islamabad Administration has started a crack down on sop violations. Stay safe ever and follow the sops plz.”
It was reported by Baaghi TV that the daily positivity ratio of coronavirus cases in Islamabad reached 8.5 per cent on Friday, the highest in the current year.
