According to the report of Baaghi TV, a National Sira Conference was held in Islamabad on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
The President, Arif Alvi was the special guest of the National Seerat Conference. Addressing the Seerat Conference, Allama Tahir Ashrafi, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, said, “We are committed to following the saints. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: There is salvation in truth and death in falsehood. Do we have compassion towards orphans? Claims alone are not enough, action is needed.”
Allama Tahir Ashrafi said that there is no way of salvation without adoption. We have to resolve to follow the path of the Prophet (S.A.W.). How can one be a lover who does not obey his master? No one is ready for accountability today, we have to hold ourselves accountable.
Allama Tahir Ashrafi further said that we have to be careful to avoid Corona. Problems can escalate without precaution. In the current situation, all Muslims have to unite. Insulting the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) is not acceptable. Every effort should be made for the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
Allama Tahir Ashrafi further said that Pakistan’s role on the issue of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) is clear and enlightened. We are inviting the Muslim Ummah to unite and take a collective stand. The Prime Minister’s letter to all Islamic leaders is the first step towards the unity and solidarity of the Ummah. The United Nations is being contacted at every level to enact a law on the honor of the Prophet (S.A.W.), the Prophets (S.A.W.), the heavenly religions and the books. Next week, the federal foreign minister and he will also meet with ambassadors from Islamic countries and the European Union to support his position.
