According to reports, the number of children between the ages of 1 to 10, affected by COVID-19 in Islamabad is reported to be 92. The percentage of positive cases has risen to 10.7%.

Meanwhile, in Punjab the number of affected children is also growing. From those infected, 5.9% are reportedly below the age of fifteen. So far, 5,301 children have tested corona positive in Punjab.

On the other hand, the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) has expressed concern over the lack of price control and slow progress in the vaccination process. According to reports, PIMA has demanded that the process be expedited.
