IHC moved for disqualification of Ghulam Sarwar Khan
ISLAMABAD, June 30 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been moved for preventing minister for aviation Chaudhry Ghulam Sarwar from doing his work.
The petitioner has taken the plea the federal minister has charged 262 pilots with having fake licenses without inquiry. Ghulam Sarwar Khan said in National Assembly 30 percent civilian pilots are holding fake licenses in Pakistan.
The petitioner has prayed the court to issue order for removing Ghulam Sarwar from cabinet. Judicial Commission be constituted to hold inquiry into the matter.A miscellaneous petition has also been filed to prevent Ghulam Sarwar Khan from doing work.
In the application Prime Minister, speaker National Assembly, election commission, Ghulam Sarwar Khan and Civil Aviation Authority have been made respondents through principal secretary and federation through secretary aviation.The court has been prayed to disqualify Ghulam Sarwar Khan from National Assembly seat besides cancelling his membership of national assembly.
