IHC to open Islamabad District Court after More Than 5 Months

ISLAMABAD, August 29 (Online Int’l): Islamabad High Court has decided to open Islamabad District Court after more than five months. It was closed since the corona lockdown and all cases will be heard as usual from September 1st.

IHC Crisis Management Committee has decided to open District Court under corona SOPs. The notification to open the District Court has been issued by the Islamabad District and Session Court, according to which the District Court will be opened with corona SOPs from September 1st and court employees must ensure their attendance from September 1st.

The High Court Committee had decided to close the Islamabad District Courts on March 18 due to the Coronavirus.
