Ill Tempered Officials will be Shown Doors: SSP Rashid

Islamabad (11th July, 2019): SSP Islamabad Farrukh Rashid [traffic] warns police officials against ill tempered behavior with the public, claims it will not be tolerated. 

According to Baaghi TV’s sources, SSP Farrukh Rashid of the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP), has warned police officials against misconduct and ill tempered behavior, claims the bad behavior with public will not be tolerated.

Addressing the officials in a lecture on Tuesday, he stated that treating the citizens with respect is obligatory on every officer. He continued to discuss that respecting the dignity and self-respect of Pakistan’s citizens is the responsibility of every ITP official. He discussed that the ITP serves as a role model for others on an international level and we have to improve upon it.

Moreover, SSP Rashid stated that strict action will be taken against those officials who treat citizens in an ill manner. He further said, that there is no place for such officers in the ITP.
