The hearing on the illegal allotment reference of plots in Clifton was adjourned until December 5th, according to reports of Baaghi TV.
Chairman PSP Mustafa Kamal, Iftikhar Qaim Khani and others were indicted. The accused denied the health offense. Other accused include Mohammad Dawood, Mohammad Rafiq and Mohammad Irfan.
The court summoned witnesses, denying the health of the accused. The court adjourned the hearing to December 5th, 2020.
The NAB, in a reference filed in the accountability court, said the accused were involved in illegal allotment of government plots. The accused caused more than Rs 2.5 billion damage to the national exchequer. Mustafa Kamal and others are accused of illegal allotment of 5500 square yards of land on the beach. Mustafa Kamal gave illegal permission to the builder to build a multi-storey building.
