Implementation week of SOPs to start from December 5

Dr Faisal Sultan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) for Health, has announced next week to celebrate the implementation of SOPs for the prevention of coronavirus.

Addressing a press conference along with Interior Minister Brigadier (retd) Ijaz Shah, Dr Faisal Sultan said that the precautions mentioned by Ijaz Shah are very simple and I will repeat the use of masks. Including a short distance of 6 feet, avoiding crowded places and every wash, these are all things that must be adopted.

“We suggest that we dedicate the current week, which is coming up from December 5 to 12, to this thing, using the whole of this week as a cleaning week to ensure implementation of SOPs,” he said. “We have contacts with all the provinces and federal units and we would like them to demonstrate their strength and capabilities this week to ensure implementation of the SOPs,” he added.
