Important announcement by Pakistani Consulate in Dubai
Dubai, June 28th: The Pakistani Consulate has made an important announcement for returning Pakistanis and said that booking of tickets will start from Monday.
According to Ahmed Amjad Ali, Pakistani Consul General in Dubai, airlines and travel agents will start booking Pakistanis returning home from tomorrow.
The Consul General said that PIA’s schedule is coming from tomorrow while other airlines of UAE are also conducting limited operations. According to him, more than 30,000 Pakistanis returned home from 141 flights and free tickets were provided to 561 needy people.
Consul General Ahmed Amjad Ali said that 17,000 ration bags provided food and shelter to 460 people in Coronavirus epidemic and he was grateful to those who generously supported him.
It should be noted that the government has taken special measures for the unemployed and those who want to return home due to the Coronavirus lockdown and the Dubai Consulate is continuing its full cooperation and efforts in this regard.
