The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed serious concern over the violent actions and use of draconian laws by the BJP-led Indian government in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to suppress the Kashmiris’ just struggle for the right to self-determination.
APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, strongly condemned the Modi-led BJP regime for attaching properties of Kashmiris. He said these attachments are part of India’s broader anti-Kashmiri policy.
He called upon international human rights organizations to urge India to end its victimization of the people of occupied Kashmir for demanding their UN-recognized right to self-determination.
The spokesman reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue their struggle for freedom from Indian occupation. He urged India to honour its commitments and allow the Kashmiri people to decide their future themselves through the exercise of their right to self-determination.
The APHC said India has activated its stooges within and outside occupied Kashmir to defame Pakistan and the indigenous freedom movement of the Kashmiri people.
