India: More than 5,000 virus cases reported in a day
India, 22nd May: Coronavirus is spreading rapidly across the world, and in India it has gained speed where more than 5,000 cases are reported in a day.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, 3,584 total deaths in India have been recorded while the number of patients has reached more than 118,000.
Maharashtra has the highest number of corona patients in India, Gujarat and Delhi have also seen an increase in corona patients and the number of reported deaths.
In the last 24 hours, 5,609 cases have been reported in India, while 132 deaths have been reported so far.

The total number of patients in Maharashtra is close to 40,000, while 1,400 deaths have been reported.
In Tamil Nadu, 14,000 patients and 87 deaths have been reported.
The number of corona patients in Gujarat has risen to 13,749.
In the last 24 hours, 534 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Delhi, bringing the total number to 11,088, and the death toll has risen to 176.
The number of corona patients in Rajasthan is 6,015 and the death toll is 147.
In Uttar Pradesh, the number of corona patients has risen to 5,175, with 127 deaths.
India has a lockdown due to the coronavirus which will continue till May 31.
