India to be made accountable on its crimes in IIOJK: Counsel General Pakistan Chicago

CHICAGO, AUGUST 10 (ONLINE): Pakistan Counsel General Chicago, Javed Ahmad Imrani has said illegal and unilateral steps by India in Occupied Kashmir are  blatant violations of their fundamental rights , and right to the self determination of Kashmiris and  UN Security Council (SC) resolutions on plebiscite.

He expressed these views in an article published in US magazine here.

He held Pakistan-US old and broad ties are rooted in joint objectives and common values. The key and shared motive of our partnership is striving for peace and stability at regional and international level.

Citing to instability and Indian atrocities in the region he said the world is recognizing Occupied Kashmir a disputed territory since several decades and they know it well that what importance this region has assumed for regional peace and security.

“We have first to stabilize this region and prefer peace in Kashmir for promoting peace and stability in the region, he remarked. India has occupied Kashmir illegally and is trampling brutally the human rights by ignoring international laws and norms. He is perpetually subjecting the Kashmiris to the brutalities.

He remarked Pakistan will continue  efforts persistently along-with world  community for resolution of Kashmir issue illegally occupied by India, A vicious effort  is being made to change majority into minority in Occupied Kashmir through new ordinance. The new Indian domicile law is gross violation of 4th Geneva Convention.

He said world community particularly US should take prompt action on this inhuman crisis and they should make India accountable on its crimes.
