Indian actress Surekha Sikri passes away of cardiac arrest

Lahore, 16th July: Indian actress Surekha Sikri passed away at the age of 75 after she suffered a cardiac arrest in Mumbai.

According to details, India’s senior actress Surekha Sikri, a three-time National Award winner suffered a cardiac arrest in Mumbai early Friday morning and lost her life.

According to reports from The Indian Express, Surekha’s manager informed, “Surekha Sikri passed away earlier this morning. She had undergone two strokes in the last three years before she succumbed to a cardiac arrest this morning.”

He also added that she was surrounded by family and loved ones. The family asks for privacy at this time.

It is to be noted that Sikri was known for her performance in the famous Indian drama ‘Balika Vadhu’ and movie ‘Badhaai Ho.’

Meanwhile, a number of Indian celebrities took to social media and expressed condolences on her demise.
