Srinagar (Baaghi TV): Police in Budgam district of central Kashmir in occupied Kashmir have claimed to have destroyed a hideout of Lashkar e Taiba-affiliated mujahideen and arrested five youths.
Police said in a statement that after receiving a tip-off, police and 2 army RR arrested five youths during a search operation in Narbal area.

Police alleged that the arrested youths were Imran Rasheed from Karahama Budgam, Afshan Ahmed Ganai from Caucasus, Owais Ahmed from Kausa Khalisa, Mohsin Qadir from Karhama and Abid Rather from Magam.

According to the South Asian Wire, a cache of weapons was also recovered from the mujahideen’ secret ambush. There are 28 live rounds of AK-47, one AK-47 magazine and 20 posters of Lashkar-e-Taiba.
He added that the police have registered a case and further action is being taken.
