Lahore, 3rd December: With the sudden rise in the coronavirus cases amid the second wave of the pandemic, Punjab government imposes another ban.

According to reports from Baaghi TV, the Punjab government has completely banned indoor dining across the province.

According to reports from the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), an alarming situation has been created after the coronavirus toll surged past the mark of 50,000 on Wednesday.

Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department has issued a notification, informing all that indoor dining at the restaurants, cafes and hotels have been banned with the immediate effect.

Only outdoor dining will be allowed with the condition of adequate spacing between the tables. And takeaways from all the restaurants and cafes should be allowed.

It was earlier reported by Baaghi TV, the number of active coronavirus cases in Pakistan crossed the 50,000 mark on Wednesday. The country reported 3,499 new infections in the past 24 hours, increasing the total tally to 406,810 as active cases climb to 51,654.
