According to sources, the Lahore High Court has rejected a petition filed by singer Meesha Shafi against witnesses, to stay the defamation suit filed by actor and singer Ali Zafar, for alleged violation of cyber crime laws.

Earlier, on October 10th, Meesha Shafi had filed a petition in the Lahore Sessions Court seeking stay or adjournment of the defamation suit against him for the time being.
