Italian Ambassador to Pakistan Andreas Ferrarese called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa today (Thursday) in Rawalpindi.
According to details, matters pertaining to mutual interest, regional security were discussed during the meeting. Both personalities also discussed measures to enhance bilateral cooperation.
On the occasion, Chief of Army Staff offers all possible assistance to the Italian Envoy in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
The visiting dignitary acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s medical assistance and role for peace and stability in the region.
