Joe Biden soon to meet his Russian counterpart for the first time

Lahore, 26th May: After the newly-appointed US President Joe Biden took his position, he will be meeting the Russian President for the first time.

According to reports that US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet at a summit in Geneva on the 16th of June.

According to the World News Agency, US President Joe Biden has agreed to meet with his Russian counterpart, after which US and Russian officials have confirmed that the first meeting between the two will take place in Geneva on June 16.

Joe Biden is embarking on his first international tour since taking office. After separate meetings with the G-7 summit, NATO, and its key Western allies in the European Union, will travel to Geneva to meet with the Russian President.

The meeting between the two leaders comes at a time when relations between the two countries are strained.

The United States has repeatedly accused Russia of meddling in the election, while the new US President has also protested at Russia’s alleged cyberattacks.
