Judiciary is Behind Change in the Country: Chief Justice

Lahore (30th July, 2019): Chief Justice of Pakistan believes judiciary is responsible for any productive changes in state. 

According to reports of Baaghi TV, Chief Justice of Pakistan, Asif Saeed Khosa, stated that the judiciary is responsible for bringing pending criminal appeals to the ‘zero level’ in a short period of three months. He further stated that the establishment of the model courts by Pakistan’s judiciary is an achievement based off of his experiences. He added, that it is no easy task to be a judge as a judge is supposed to act as an agent of God on Earth.

Moreover, CJ Khosa while addressing the District Training Judges, added that with the use of latest ideas and technology, a quicker system of justice can be ensured to cities across Pakistan.
