Islamabad, 5th November: Justice Qazi Faiz Issa has ordered to summon the Advocate General Sindh.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, an appeal was heard in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Board of Revenue Sindh.
The court fined the Additional Advocate General Rs 50,000. The court ordered the plaintiff’s lawyer to pay the fine, the Additional Advocate General said that the court should reconsider the decision of the fine.
Justice Qazi Faiz Issa remarked. “If court decisions are meaningless, we know how to make them meaningful,” he said.
Justice Faiz Issa was angry over the absence of Advocate General Sindh and Board of Revenue officials.
Justice Qazi Faiz Issa remarked that he did not know about the case or that of his client, whether Advocate General Sindh is present in the court or in the cabinet meeting, call him.
