Karan Johar back at the director’s chair after 5 years

Indian film director, producer and screenwriter Karan Johar has announced his return to directing after 5 years, to announce a romantic film on July 6, 2020.

Earlier in 2016, he directed Bollywood’s most popular film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘, but today he released a message on social media saying that the name of the new film will be ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani‘.

Karan Johar served notice by the Narcotics Bureau

The renowned television personality said that the main characters in the film will be played by Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh who have acted together in the film ‘Gully Boy‘ before. The story of the film is written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan & Sumit Roy.
