According to Baaghi TV, the FIA’s anti-terrorism wing arrested a key member of the Indian intelligence agency RAW’s network in an operation in the city of Karachi.
According to the FIA spokesman, the FIA counter-terrorism wing carried out a major operation in Karachi. Abdul Jabbar alias Zafar Tension, a key member of the Indian intelligence agency RAW Network, has been arrested from Gulistan-e-Jauhar. The arrested suspect is an expert in making bombs and wielding sophisticated weapons. The accused used to work in Karachi Water and Sewerage Board, while he has gone to India four times for military training.
According to an FIA spokesperson, the accused belongs to MQM London. Meanwhile, the accused is also involved in attacks on MQM leader Afaq Ahmed and workers, and he was working for RAW’s sleeper cell in Karachi. Mahmood Siddiqui used to give all instructions to the accused from India, and he used to receive the amount of reference sent by Mahmood Siddiqui.
According to FIA officials, the money sent to the accused was used for terrorism and targeted killings. The accused, Ajmal Pahari and Arshad Chota have been working with small groups. He has also been jailed twice for his involvement in terrorist activities.
On July 15, Zafar, a key member of the Indian intelligence agency RAW’s sleeper cell, was arrested by FIA officials. Zafar is involved in bombings and targeted killings.
The arrested accused, underwent terrorism training, for fourteen months in India. Accused Zafar was given military training by Mahmood Siddiqui Group in Delhi. The accused Zafar belongs to MQM London. The arrested accused is an expert in making bombs and wielding modern weapons. Accused Zafar has also worked in the government fire brigade.
In May, another key member of the Raw Sleeper Cell was arrested from Karachi. The accused was on duty in the surveillance unit at Karachi Airport.
The accused has been arrested by the FIA. According to FIA officials, the accused joined Sindh Police in 1991 and had also gone to India for training in 2008. The accused has been involved in target killings and acts of terrorism.
According to FIA officials, the arrested accused belongs to MQM London. Legal action has been initiated against the accused. The accused is being further investigated.
According to the FIA, ASI artist Naqvi, is a key member of Raw Sleeper Cell. The accused was on duty in the surveillance unit at Karachi Airport. The accused was recruited in Sindh Police in 1991. Money was provided to the accused on the instructions of Mahmood Siddiqui. The accused has also gone to India for training in 2008. The accused also facilitated the transportation of colleagues at the airport.
Earlier in May, the FIA’s anti-terrorism wing arrested Asif Siddiqui, a key member of RAW’s sleeper cell, during a major operation. According to FIA officials, the arrested accused Asif Siddiqui was a 17th grade government employee.
The accused worked for the Indian secret service and sent important information about Pakistani law enforcement agencies to India. In this regard, the accused has sent several emails, the accused has sent pictures and details of sensitive places to India via email.
Earlier on April 20, an ASI of Karachi police working for the Indian intelligence agency RAW was arrested. According to police, SIU police and agencies conducted the operation in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. ASI Shehzad Pervez was posted at Shahra-e-Faisal police station. The accused Shehzad Pervez was being provided huge amount of money by Mahmood Siddiqui group. The arrested policeman is involved in terrorist activities.
According to police, the policeman is said to be a key member of the team of target killers. The accused is affiliated with MQM London. ASI Shehzad Pervez is a resident of Gulistan-e-Jauhar. Two grenades were recovered from the possession of the arrested officer.
Earlier, on April 1, agencies raided a Karachi University office and recovered a machine gun, two pistols and ammunition, following a revelation from the arrested suspects of the Indian intelligence agency RAW.
The agencies also recovered laptops and computers during the raids, as well as anti-national literature. Accused Majid had set up his office at the Applied Economics Research Center. The office was set up on the instructions of Shahid Muttahida, the ringleader of the gang.
The action was taken after the revelations in JIT. The FIA checked the IP used by the accused, the accused were receiving instructions from India for sabotage. Email records and data were also taken into custody. The houses of accused Shahid Muttahida, Adil Ansari and Majid were also raided and searched.
During the raids, photographs, maps and check boxes of important installations of the country were recovered. The SIU police and the FIA stepped up operations, and the scope of the investigation was widened.
