Holland (29th April, 2020): Head of Mission, Mr. Aizaz Khan, has reportedly penned a letter of complaint for removal of the incompetent MRP Officer serving in Holland.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, Aizaz Khan has penned a letter subject to the removal of serving MRP Officer to Pakistan in Holland, citing reasons of incompetent and aggressive behavior.
It is to be noted, that Mr. Zukhruf Azam who is an employee of IMPASS has been serving in the capacity of MRP Officer since June of 2014 although the serving time is usually 3 years, Azam has reportedly been serving for the past six years.
According to the letter shared with Baaghi TV, it has been highlighted that Mr. Azam’s prime responsibility as the passport officer stationed at Pakistan Embassy in Holland is to facilitate people in a “polite & graceful manner. However, time and again, complaints are received regarding his uncouth, callous & derogatory manner” in public dealings.
Moreover, ever since the outbreak of the COVID-19 global pandemic, it is a priority for all officials to be “extra vigilant and helpful”, when servicing people yet the behavior of Mr. Zukhruf Azam has reportedly “gone from bad to worse”. Based on the letter it is to be noted, that complaints have been received pertaining to the passport officer’s aggressive demeanor.
Mr. Khan goes on to write that he is “particularly rough with women and people with insufficient papers”, going as far as to deny service as well as bully or unnecessarily harass people with his use of harsh language.
Aizaz Khan, Head of the Mission Embassy further writes, that the accused Mr. Azam has long overstayed his tenure serving in the position and could prove to be a serious liability for the government of Pakistan, thereby, he should be removed from his position with immediacy, and that he should be returned to his parent department.
