Peshawar (16th July, 2019): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government releases performance report for public sector schools in the tribal district.
According to Baaghi TV’s reports, KPK government releases report of performance and available facilities for public sector schools.
They have reportedly been prepared by the Independent Monitoring Unit, that evaluated performance records of nearly 98% schools in the tribal district. According to the report, the attendance of students and teachers was maintained at 82% and 62%, respectively.
The report continued to state that the electricity facility is available in approximately 45% of schools, while 82% schools have boundary walls. According to Advisor to Chief Minister of Education, Ziaullah Bangash, efforts are being made to ensure availability of facilities in schools under directives from Prime Minister, Imran Khan.
Moreover, he continued to state tat almost Rs. 36 billion is to be spent on the promotion of education in the tribal schools for fiscal year 2019-2020.
