India, 10th June: An Indian BJP MP Ladakh has confirmed the Chinese occupation at the Ladakh border.

According to a report of Baaghi TV, Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal has confirmed in a video that China has occupied most of the pasture land near the Ladakh area.

The Indian locals have also complained that their pasture land has been occupied by the Chinese troops.

It is to be noted that the disputes over Ladakh between China and India continue, with China currently controlling many areas of Ladakh, with PLAs located on key peaks within several kilometers.

The Chinese military has stepped up helicopter activities in its area around the Line of Actual Control.

India in Deep Waters Now

According to the Indian news agency ANI, the activities of Chinese helicopters have increased rapidly in the last 7 to 8 days.

The rapid movement of helicopters may be due to the LAC as well as providing assistance to Chinese troops stationed at various locations.

According to sources, the fleet of Chinese helicopters stationed near LAC includes both Mi-17 and medium-lift choppers.

India to pull back troops from Ladakh

In the last few months, a large number of Chinese helicopters have been flying over Indian territory in the eastern Ladakh sector. These areas include the Galwan area. At one point, a Chinese helicopter even circled the site of an Indian road construction site in the Galwan area.

It may be recalled that the border clash between China and India, which started on May 5 in Ladakh’s Galwan Valley and then in the Nikola area of northeastern Sikkim, was followed by bitterness between India and China three days later.
