Lahore court grants pre-arrest bail to JUD Chief.
An Anti-Terrorism court of Lahore grants pre-arrest bail to chief of proscribed organization, Jama’at-ud-Da’wah on Tuesday.
According to reports of Baaghitv, an Ant-terrorism court of Lahore has granted pre-arrest bail to Hafiz Saeed, mastermind of 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, and three others until August 31 against surety bonds of Rs.50,000 on Tuesday. The three others accused are Hafiz Masood, Ameer Hamza and Malik Zafar who also have been granted bail till 31 August.
During the hearing, the counsel for accused contended in court that his client was not using any piece of land for seminary as mentioned in the FIR registered against him.b Following the hearing, the Ant-terrorism court granted bail to the accused.
