LHC cancels pre-arrest bail of Hamza Shehbaz.

Lahore High Court cancels pre-arrest bail of Hamza Shehbaz, allows NAB to arrest Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz.

According to the reports of Baaghitv, a two member high court bench, comprising Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi and Justice Shahid Waheed Khan refused to extend the pre-arrest bail of Hamza Shehbaz against Ramzan Sugar Mill case, Punjab Saaf Pani Case, Asset beyond means case and Money Laundering case.

Previously, a two-member bench, comprising Justice Mazhar Ali Naqvi and Justice Shahid Waheed Khan, and  headed by Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi, had extended his bail until June 11.

The recent development came a day after, IHC cancelled the pre-arrest bail of former president Asif Ali Zardari and consequently,former president Asif Ali Zardari was arrested in Fake Accounts Case.
