LHC dismisses Khawaja Saad Rafique bail plea.

Lahore High Court bench dismissed a petition seeking bail for PML-N lawmakers Khawaja brothers.

According to the reports of Baaghitv, Lahore High Court two member bench has dismissed a petition filed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawmakers seeking bail. Both the brothers Khawaja Saad Rafique, MNA and Khawaja Salman Rafique, MPA were arrested on 11 December when their pre-arrest bail expired from the premises of Lahore High Court.

Both are accused of amassing beyond their means through corruption in Paragon housing society in connivance with Nadeem Zia and Qaiser Amin Butt.
