LHC sent a notice to the Commandant Military Garrison Department

Lahore, 9th November: The Lahore High Court sent a notice to the Commandant Military Garrison Department.

Baaghi TV: Lahore High Court hears contempt of court petition against Commandant Military Garrison Department.

The court issued notice to Commandant Colonel Mudassar and sought a reply. Mrs Justice Ayesha A. Malik heard the petition of welder Muhammad Basit. The petitioner took the position that his son was not given a job under the Prime Minister’s Assistance Relief Package.

The court forwarded his application to the Commandant for hearing. It was requested that the court take contempt of court action against the Commandant Military Garrison Department.
