Life Size Statue of Abdul Satar Edhi Displayed

Adul Satar Edhi was a Pakistani humanitarian and philanthropist who was widely famous for his services. He was the founder of the world’s largest volunteer ambulance network, Edhi Foundation, orphanages and shelters for helpless, homeless people. He passed away in Karachi on July 8, 2016.
In honour of his services to the country, sculptor Ishaq Lehri has crafted his life size statue which has finally been put up in Quetta at the Edhi Chowk.
Anthropologist Sikandar Ali Hullio announced its placement on Twitter. He praised Lehri on crafting such an amazing masterpiece and placing it in public.

According to Ishaq Lehri, the statue is 16.5 feet long and it took months for him to complete it.
