Lt. Gen. (R) passes away due to coronavirus

Lahore, 10th June: The deadly pandemic coronavirus is wreaking havoc across Pakistan, many people are falling victim to this disease that has claimed thousands of lives.

According to a report by Baaghi TV, recently among the prominent people who succumbed their lives to COVID-19, is a retired general breathed who his last today, battling the disease.

As per reports, Lieutenant General (Retired) Asif Ali has passed away due to COVID-19.

He had been infected with the coronavirus and after his situation got worse he was shifted to ICU and kept on a ventilator for 10 days.

He breathed his last today at the hospital.

May Allah increase his ranks in Jannah and rest his soul in Peace. May Allah give patience to the bereaved family. Ameen.
