Meeting of the Federal Cabinet chaired by PM Imran Khan, scheduled today

Baaghi TV: A meeting of the Federal Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held today. In which the national security, political and economic situation will be reviewed.

The five-point agenda of the federal cabinet meeting was released. Several ministers will attend the cabinet meeting via video link. Measures to curb the spread of corona on Eid al-Adha will be reviewed. The meeting will review the implementation of the decisions of the federal cabinet.

The Cabinet will approve the appointment of DG of National Institute of Electric Islamabad and DG of Pakistan National Accreditation Council. Vacancies for CEOs and MDs in all Ministries and Divisions will be reported.

The cabinet meeting will review the national security, political and economic situation. Apart from measures to curb the spread of corona on Eid-ul-Adha, the meeting will also review the implementation of the decisions of the federal cabinet.

The meeting will also approve the appointment of the Director General of the National Institute of Electric Islamabad and the appointment of the DG of the Pakistan National Accreditation Council.

The Cabinet meeting will report on the vacancies of CEOs and MDs in all the divisions while the Cabinet will also ratify the decisions of the Economic Co-ordination Committee.

Presiding over a meeting of an economic think tank two days ago, the Prime Minister said that Corona has had a negative impact on the global economy, including Pakistan.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the government’s policy was to strike a balance between protecting the people from the epidemic and economic activities.

Providing aid to the most backward sections of society is a top priority.
