Met Office forecasts hot and humid weather

ISLAMABAD, July 23 (Online): Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours.

However, rain-thunderstorm is expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly area.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad twenty-four degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-six, Karachi thirty-one, Peshawar twenty-seven, Quetta and Muzaffarabad twenty-two, Gilgit and Murree sixteen degree centigrade.

According to Met Office forecast about Occupied Kashmir, the weather in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag,  Shopian and Baramulla is expected to be partly cloudy with chances of rain-thundershowers while in Jammu and Leh partly cloudy.

Temperature recorded this morning Srinagar nineteen degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-two, Leh seven, Pulwama and Baramulla sixteen, Anantnag and Shopian fifteen degree centigrade.
