Ministry of IT has crossed another milestone

KARACHI: Federal Minister for Information Technology Aminul Haq has said that IT exports have crossed the target of 2 billion dollars by June 30, after which exports reached Rs 2.123 billion.

According to details, the Ministry of IT has crossed another milestone. Federal Minister for Information Technology Aminul Haq said that the target of billion for IT exports has been crossed by June 30, after which IT Exports reached Rs 2.12 billion.

Syed Amin-ul-Haq said that during the same period of the last financial year, exports were 44 1.44 billion, IT exports increased by a record 47.43%, inshallah the target of IT exports by 2023 is  5 billion.

The Federal Minister for IT further said that the Software Export Board and IT companies deserve credit for the historic increase in IT exports. There is no doubt that the IT sector is instrumental in stabilizing Pakistan’s economy and creating employment opportunities.
