The Lahore Master Plan was approved on August 27, 1990. Mir Shakeel-ur-Rehman bought the land in 1987 and paid the price of the additional land. The construction on the land was done after the approval of the LDA. To date, no objection has been raised on these constructions. The value of the additional land was paid at the rate of 1987.
