Missing Man Recovery Case: Missing Man Appears in the IHC

ISLAMABAD, AUGUST 07(Online Int’l): Missing citizen Tahir Islam appeared before the Islamabad High Court following his recovery.
The missing person Tahir Islam case came up for hearing before the IHC bench led by Justice Amir Farooq Friday. During the hearing of the case, Justice Amir Farooq remarked whether this recovery was made under the order of the high court. Upon this the Deputy Attorney General told the court that may be the recovery has taken place in the context of the order of this court.
The court asked Tahir Islam, “Are you the person who had gone missing?”
Justice Amir Farooq said that it means that now you are not missing. The court disposed of the petition after the recovery of the citizen.
