Motorway Case: Woman arrested from the prime suspect’s house

Gujjarpura: Woman arrested from the alleged residence of Abid Ali, the main accused in the gang rape case on Gujjarpura Link Road in Lahore.

Significant progress has been made on the case. Factory Area Police conducted a search operation in Razi Kot village and arrested two suspects including a woman from the alleged residence of the main accused Abid Ali. Sources state that a search operation is underway in the area while the police arrested the woman and the two accused.

According to police sources, further details will come to light after interrogation of the three accused. It should be noted that the other accused involved in the Gujjarpura rape case was identified as Waqarul Hassan Shah. It may be recalled that the Punjab police had arrested the main accused last night.

The name of the accused is Abid Ali son of Akbar Ali, the accused is a resident of Fort Abbas, he is 27 years old, the DNA of the accused has also been matched. In addition, pictures of the accused have been released by the police. A reward of Rs. 25 lakh has been announced for those who helped in the arrest of the accused. The names of those who helped in the arrest of the accused will be kept secret.
