Baaghi TV, Lahore, Motorway Rape Case: The investigative team is looking for a truck. The two suspects arrived five minutes after the departure of the truck. According to reports the investigative team is searching for that truck and its staff.
According to the police, before the incident happened, a truck approached from the opposite side of the road. The truck driver got out, crossed the divider, approached the car, knocked on the windows and tried to talk to the lady. The police says that the lady kept the doors and windows locked and indicated her reason for stopping through hand signals, upon which the truck driver also lifted the bonnet of her car.
The police says that the lady took a picture of the truck with her mobile phone; however, the number plate of the truck is not visible in it. The police says that five minutes after the truck departed, the two suspects arrived and smashed the windows.
The gang rape incident took place in the Gujjarpura area of Lahore on 9th September. According to reports two persons came and smashed the windows of the car and took out the lady and her children. They cut the wire netting on the side of the motorway, took them amongst the nearby bushes and there gang-raped the lady in front of her children.
