Pakistan saw some of the worst days in the past few months. Leaving the country and its subjects in a flux. The first legal battle is won today paving way for the grand finale. InshaAllah, it is going to be the people’s will that will take precedence over other all trivial matters.

The great decision by the supreme court today is a landmark decision that negates the doctrine of necessity, pronounced in maulvi Tamiz us Din in his judgment earlier on. I congratulate Imran Khan’s legal team. The legal fraternity, the indomitable lawyers with unswerving might. Salute to our legal fraternity, for the consistency with which they pursued this vexatious matter and have very adroitly taken it to its final conclusion. Fawad Chaudhry and his brother Faisal seem to be running amok to get things straight, and of course Hassaan ‘the maverick’ Niazi, son of Mianwali who left no stone unturned in doing what he could.

Congrats to our nation which remains despondent. A new future will dawn upon us surely.

Mubarak to all expatriates whose moral support in these battles had been paramount.

If Imran Khan wins they are the ones, the Pakistanis shall be pinning their hopes in. The foreign investment by our Pakistani brothers abroad is what may bring about a change to remove all ills of a failing economy and a debt-burdened country. The stranglehold of mafias is surely to loosen up and break ultimately. The chief justice, Umar Atta Bandial will be one man remembered through the annals of history along with his two other co-partners. For a prosperous Pakistan, we need to uphold the very principles of our sacred constitution never to be abrogated again.

We have paid a heavy price already. Time to put an arm to the wheel. By dint of hard work, and the right approach we could keep the ball rolling.

Democracy is a work in progress and governance is a learning experience. Nothing is irredeemably flawed, but we need to get the country out of the malaise and problems that beset our hapless nation. There has been spectacular decadence at all possible levels. It’s time for redemption. If the prognostications of our financial wizards are anything to go by, we have hope in hell. It has left the entire country in flux but against all odds, we still pray that we cruise our way to victory. Taking into account our beleaguered and fractured political history it is probably a defining moment in the living history of our democratic dispensation.

The time is ripe for our political stakeholders all across the political divide to uphold the very principles of democracy. A moment that speaks to carve out a political course in its true form and manifestation.

The party heads must sit to address problems. A visibly clear direction to follow removing all irritants of past bickering. Collectively moving forward to win laurels. No transgression by any juristic entity over others to wield their undue influence. We wish that our country is back on the road of progress. The country of Quaid must become a most cherished country all living with eternal bliss. I hope better sense prevails. Countries are run by leaders who owe allegiance to their countries, not by a cabal of crooks. Let the country be governed by those zealots who prefer death over dishonour. Any defiance of this decision shall be deemed as misconduct.

We do lend credence to Barrister Aitzaz for his unambiguous interpretations of this irresolvable sticky matter.
